I hate iTunes. MAC's I find ok. iTunes is a retard. Worst of all, if you try and use someone elses iTunes on your iPod, it deletes all of your music unless you want to go through the whole ticking/un-ticking process.

No. I'll stick with my Vista and my MP3 thanks.

For all the little tricks and blocks that Apple have put into iTunes (I refer to the windows version only) and iPods to prevent copying of the music, i've worked out several little loop holes and back backdoors to get around it all, that is without using other programs like sharepod and the like. Obviously, for legal reasons, i'm not at liberty to discuss that matter further, but because of the fact that I understand iTunes so well, i'd prefer to use it than any other music player, plus i have a 160G iPod, so i'm kinda left without much choice anyway. the only other program i really like was Musicmatch, but since yahoo bought Napster, and musicmatch, I can't use it. For some stupid reason, it's not available in Australia anymore.

Limewire is easy, and with the latest patch: As soon as you download a free song on Limewire, it goes straight to your iTunes library, and when you delete Limewire, all the songs remain on iTunes!

most progs you use for DLs will automatically put the songs in your itunes or other default music player

Not when it repeatedly wipes your Ipod, puts tracks in multiple folders with no way to move them and then doesnt recognise some tracks so puts them in random place everywhere it isnt.
