Jaws....Re-mastered

Just curious if anyone here went to see the re-mastered version of Jaws - was released in the cinema for 1 week to promote its blu ray release I believe.
I went to see it last night, I've seen Jaws countless times, but never seen it on the big screen, great experience and still a great film, I would enjoy it if more films were re-released, I love going to the cinema and obv. have missed all the classic older films that I wasnt alive for or too young to see. Even once a month or something if the cinema had a retro film week.

Anyone else able to go

Don't think they're showing it here.

Though a similar thing was when they showed Tron as part of a gaming festival of sorts. Had seen it before many times, but the big screen gave a completely different experience.

My local cinema didnt show it either, took a day trip to belfast, stayed on and watched it their. Yeh alot of films these days are a joke, not even worth screening

No It's not showing at any of the theaters near me sadly, would've loved to have seen it. I just hope nothing is replaced with Walkie Talkies.

Me too, would be a much more enjoyable alternative to these shameless and unnecessary remakes. DAMN YOU HOLLYWOOD!!

It is until the second part of the flick. That's were things get exciting.

I'd love to see Jaws on the big screen but lord knows it aint gonna run up here...
