Let's Be Honest Here..

I've got many buddies online going all, you need gold, I'll give you one million, don't worry about it!
"Dude, I'll give you like 3 million gold for the doll."
"Dude, I'm so rich."

I've been playing pretty periodcally for the past 4 or 5 days, I have quite alot of business bought and houses.
My rent is roughly 12K.

I asked them how the hell do they have that much money.
Every single one of them told me that they reset there clocks on the Xbox to like 2025 or something, and they get as much rent as they would if that much time actually passed.

I'm disgusted.

Though, out of curiosity I did do it myself.
Lol.
Now, Honestly, how do you guys have all the money you do?

I've stated it's cheating, people are telling it's not.
How is it NOT cheating?

I'm just angry.
I've spent countless hours trying to blacksmith without breaking the chain haha.

I'm not like horribly PO'd or antyhing, it's a video game.
Just a lil' disgusted is all.

I've just got a huge real estate empire. It's more fun then cheating, and it adds more to the game. Plus, LEGIT.

How the **** is that cheating? its bieng dishonorable but its not cheating, cheating is like modding your strength to 1000 or entering in an amount of gold. Changing the clock is just using good resources.


I did that so i kewd get fairfax castle and then u hav to wait till u finish the main quest so i was liike...o well i got munny

i dont see the point of cheating... ive owned all of albion since saturday, and i have probably 2 million now... and ive blown alot and give several hundred thousand away... all you have to do is buy businesses and crank up the prices

more of an exploit then a cheat, but i really dont see the point of having millions you will never spend and dont need anyway so im not going to use ithe exploit...

Of course it is cheating and exploiting. Painfully obvious. It happened in Too Human as well. In-game currency in any game today is worthless. Only trade in hard items. Ever.

thats why once you have all the money you want you go lower the prices to the bottom and eat purity food... than you get to have pretty teeth again... though i would say the evil and pure character i kinda ugly being really pale and all

No matter how you twist and turn it, it is cheating. Blatant cheating.

^agreed. And why do people care about in game looks, i look like a ****ing emo guy that is overly strong, but inside he is good. And people still love me. :thumbsup:

I don't really see the point. I started investing from the beginning of the game. I've been playing about 20 hours and I own everything in most of the towns. I get about 18k a tick and I have over 5 million gold without cheating at all. Gold is cake in this game, just invest. The total amount of gold I've earned from jobs is about 60k. Everything else I've earned is purely from investments.

Lawl i just worked something out .. before you go to the spire the first time make sure you buy all the property that you can .. then what you do is go to the spire spend all your time there and finish it and when you come back you will have loads of money cause when i came back i had 3.2 mil i didnt have when i left .. or maybe it glitched.

yeah i heard about the clock trick and i was tempted but after a little seed money from a friend, my cash started to amass quite a little fortune.
