run in wearing a jumpsuit with a vacume straped to your back, that ought to scare him off for good. park a van out front and wear nerdy glasses for good measure. if you can, bring some friends and have them hold weird looking gizmos with lots of buttons. they all need jumpsuits aswell of corse.

if the ghostbusters rutine doesnt work, try luigi's mansion. dress up like luigi, once agian strap a vacume on your back, and carry a flashlight. walk around the house shouting "mario!".

if he still wont leave, take advantage of the situation. make your house a tourist attraction and get people to pay to have a tour through your haunted house.

I might have to do something like that if he starts to act up light flickering, throwing things around and all that.

It's not like I'm afraid of him, I think he's just grumpy about us changing some things around the house... And that we lost his tin dog.....
