Looks like that. The white box is the toolbar thingy that's usually at the top. It changes size when I move my cursor around, and the text are links, and they seem to take me where they're supposed to.

Steve, are you messing around with the site at the moment, or is it genuinely ****ed?

Having issues as well, not as bad as Walker though. Navigation buttons are gone, and I'm using Firefox v3.6.4

It stopped doing it for me, too. Mine looks like yours at the moment.

EDIT: And yeah, I'm in IE. Pretty sure it's whatever the most recent version is.

It'd really be better if he warned everyone before blundering ahead making us think the site has gone and screwed itself...

No, my point is that every time he updates the site like that, we all think it's srcrewed, so it'd be more convienient if he warned us beforehand. I was only joking before.

Time spent informing people of minor changes and tweaks is time taken away from actually doing them and fixing any minor issues that could arise. If it was something major that was going to take a while to fix then id see your point but in this case it was resolved quickly.

Yeah, and in this case I kinda expected that it was steve messing around with stuff, so it wasn't really that much of a surprise.

Incidentally, is the nav bar a darker gray now, or am I crazy?

Nope, that's all me. I was performing a few updates but somehow managed to overlook one area which would have needed my attention post-upgrade. Geeky problem explanation to follow:

WordPress 3.0 has introduced a new built-in menu navigation feature - which in my opinion isn't all that great - but I thought I would update my templates to be compatible with WP 3.0 and, should I ever allow anyone to use my templates, they could easily take advantage of the new menu navigation manager. I was previously using my own custom built menu navigation manager to display navigation links but I neglected to add the 'check' that would verify that a WP 3.0 menu was in place, otherwise my own navigation menu solution would be displayed instead.

I probably explained that poorly but I put the error down to my attempting to upgrade the main site at around 3:00am. :ninja:

When I'm doing something major then I will ask if the community if anyone encountering any problems and usually fore-warn you lads in advance. If you check my thread history you'll notice quite a few of my recent threads are in the Heroes' Guild Forum asking for input.

Also, I wasn't aware that I made a mistake. It was a trivial little thing and it immediately struck me after I woke up the next morning.

It's interesting that you mention that...it shouldn't appear darker...yet. I did re-design the navigation bar a few days ago and it'll replace the current one when I upload the latest template files (it's actually more of a custom built content management system add-on)...but unless you have access to my secret 'Area 51' Localhost testing environment then you shouldn't have known that!

I'm just prescient.

And crazy, because it's a contractual obligation for all fortunetellers with any degree of accuracy to be bat**** or otherwise Cassandrized.
