Manhunt 2 Denied UK Release

Re: Manhunt 2 Denied UK Release

"Manhunt 2 is an entertainment experience for fans of psychological thrillers and horror. The subject matter of this game is in line with other mainstream entertainment choices for adult consumers."

Damn straight. People want ultra-violence - just look at any Jason or Freddy horror movie. Stop raining on everyone's parade, b*stards.

I won't get it myself but it's good to see them not be censored.

Just hope the ban in UK is dropped now, i cant see them sticking to it and being only country to ban it.

Re: Manhunt 2 Denied UK Release

That would be good. I'm guessing that they would think twice before banning another game if that happened. It doesn't look good having to reverse you earlier decision. that could also be a stumbling point on lifting the ban however.

The BBFC and ESRB are used to having to backtrack and revise their stupid decisions so wouldnt be a surprise to me.

Which is dumb next thing you know someone is goona blame a tv show for killing his freind. Then they will blame a song cause it made them do drugs.

:noexpression: Actually, that's already happened...A couple decades ago, two Judas Priest fans (teens) committed suicide after supposedly hearing lyrics in a JP song saying "do it, do it", the case was taken abit too far...but luckily JP got out scott-free.

Re: Manhunt 2 Denied UK Release

Same thing happened to Ozzy with the song suicide solution. The song was about how drinking to much can kill you. Which I believe happened to someone he knew.

 Yeah pretty much. I can imagine the headlines now: "A young teen influenced to run off a cliff and commit suicide after watching a NIKE commercial saying "Just Do It".
