A job listing reveals that Mass Effect developer BioWare Montreal is looking for a multiplayer programmer to "take existing single player user experiences and make them multiplayer safe." Is Mass Effect going multiplayer?

While the job listing, posted on EA's job site, doesn't come right out and say the position they are hiring for will be working on a multiplayer Mass Effect, it certainly hints big, from the introductory paragraph...

Please no. It is great as a single player kind of thing, even co-op would seem wrong here.

Sounds crap. Don't mess with the first game - it's great. Do what the hell you like with the second seeing as it's slowly turning into COD in Space anyway...

I'm sorry, I just saw this. I DON'T KNOOOOOW.

A big no of indecision. I mean... I don't know.

I kinda hope they're talking about Dragon Age and mentioning Mass Effect is just a red herring.

i'm with ty on this one.

i love putting in the time and effort to make my guy a beastly powerhouse, but it always felt wasted when i couldn't show him off over the net.
