Is it just the host that has to get 'captured' for the arrest screen to come up? I've played co-op twice lol

I did, but something messed up the scoring with us, we killed a crap load but when the guard caught us it showed up as only one murder, so I had to come up with an estimate of the amount of people we killed, but I figured that's not fair cause we might have gotten 80, we might have gotten 20, and I wanted to be fair so I'm going to play with him again and see if it works this time. Everyone else I plied with, came up fine with a pretty high score around 30 - 60 but for me and him it just messed up for some reason.
