I couldn't pull of long hair, I have curlyish hair, and its thick, it took me 30 minutes to straighten my shoulder length hair, TO MUCH HASSLE! Now its a good length...

Which reminds me - I'm at a big dilemma here: I've ran out of "band thingies!". I've either broken 'em or lost 'em.

But by Odin's Beard, I can't go into one o' those "pink frilly panties" girl store and buy a new pack! It would just be so shameful...

you can go with rubber bands in the mean time ...?

I think it looks alright with the right length. And my hair is 2 feet long, I'm about 6'4'' and my hair is more than half way to touching the top of my ass. Haven't had a single cut in... 4 years now? 3 and half I think. And when I did at one point put it in a ponytail, MY GOD IT FEELS GOOD. The cool air on the back of your neck...

I am going against the pack....most time..i like sans ponytail...and even less times a headband. When I was in high school i did not dig the long but now i enjoy it just the same (I am still anti - socks with scandals)

Can't you go to a general store of some sort or a chemist? Dunno what it's like over where you are but here you can get hair bands from pretty much anywhere without looking like an idiot.

It's the same here. Even gas stations will have them sometimes. That being said it sucks not having one when you need one.

The damn stuff doesn't stop either, and all the women that I ever talk to, which is not very much, seem to want my hair. Mainly the thickness I think.

^ girls always wanted my hair too. :lol: mostly for its straightness. my hair is so thin and straight without the slightest hint of a curve, I hate it its so dull. eventually I decided it was waaaaay to femenin looking and I was sick of beeing mistaken for a girl from the back (and sometimes the front :getlost: I dont have boobs gawdamit. come on, Im either a guy or a reeeeeally ugly chick, give me the benifit of the doubt.) I had it all hacked off.
