2 tbs of mayo (Or miracle whip or whatever you use)
1 can of tuna
Add chopped pickle if you like

make yourself a salled with grilled chicken, toasted bread, roasted pine nuts, normal cheese or feta and some dressing you think is nice and you will think different aboud salads. It's heaven.
If you're as confused as I think you are: The only requirement for a tuna salad is mayo (or miracle whip) and tuna, plus if you want you can add: Boiled egg, pickle, celery, carrots, onion, etc. There doesn't have to be lettuce, or even any vegetables. Bodybuilding 101 taught me that Tuna + mayo = happiness.
