Have any of you heard of or played Minecraft? Very practically and very addictive! Deffinetly worth a try. I think you can play for free if you are a nughty boy/girl and get a crack for it.. but if you buy it, its only $25 I think? I've bought it, and was deffinetly worth it!

So if you're looking for a new game that isnt HUGE, Takes up alot of space and is simple. This is it for you!

Look up videos on youtube if you like.

But heres a small breif:

You are a dude, you go minning in the day time, build stuff, whatever you like really, ride pigs.. THEN at NIGHT TIME! Scary monsters come out and try kill you, you can fight back if you like, run away, hide and so on.. its a Randomly generated game so it keeps going and going..

I've been playing it for about six months now. My guild recently got a dedicated server and I've been hanging out there. (It's private, sorry).

But yes, Very addictive and awesome game!

Lame! I just jumped on a real casual server, it was really good. 100% which helps.
 
I heard this game is fun, but I've watched countless of videos of it and it just looks too boring.
Everyone has their own taste, though.

I love Minecraft - been playing it since it was in alpha and I think it's about time I updated it because I've not been on for a couple of months.

Of course, being me, I play on easy-peasy no monsters lemon squeezy mode :D
 
My cousin persuaded me to buy it, so I did. Single player is boring, but multi is much much better. Haven't played in a long time. My girlfriend loves it and plays a lot though. I like that you can download maps (or Worlds) for it, my favourite ones being obstacle courses and such.
 
A friend of mine showed it to me recently. It seems like it would just take me too long to get into it, and I've got other games I've been focusing on anyway.

I thought there was nothing wrong in pointing out that the fact a topic is in the wrong section. In fact, a staff member even liked your post! Wow, guess rules don't matter here! (though hopefully they liked it for the rest of your post and not the part about me being a buzz-kill).

Call me a buzz-kill all you want. The fact I'm merely reminding someone of the rules in a non-direct way doesn't make me a buzz-kill. Damn, you must hate the staff here a lot since, you know, they (should at least) do that all the time.

i've said it before and i'll say it again. looks WAY too addicting and fun for me to get it before the summertime. i can promise you that grades would suffer horrendously.
 
I just bought MineCraft if anyone ever wants to do some multiplayer.
