Modern Warfare 2 Extended Reveal Trailer

Not much usually happens on a Sunday in the gaming industry ... especially a Sunday that preceeds a bank holiday in the UK and Memorial Day in the US. Well, that's normally ... and we hardly live in a normal world these days. Infinity Ward today, as promised, released the extended two minute version of the reveal trailer that was posted a few weeks back. Seriously, this will give you vertigo *holds head*

I was going to post this in a CoD6 thread that has already been made, but I think it deserves it's own thread. It looks like an 11/10 game.

Modern Warfare was new ground in the FPS genre and im sure Modern Warfare 2 will shatter the FPS world again. COD 4 and Left 4 Dead are the single 2 best games ive played on the Internet on a console.

If you skip to the part on Modern warfare 2, but go back a little so you see all of the section on the game, you'll see what I mean.

There will be another new Trailer on UK TV tonight during the Champions League Final between Manchester United and Barcelona (come on United! *cough*).

Another TV ad for Modern Warfare 2 will be aired during the break of tonight's Champions League final match.

We don't know what type of footage the ad will feature, but we're hoping it's at least different from the previous TV ad aired in the US not too long ago. Activision has also teased a fuller trailer, which shows a more substantial portion of the very polished-looking shooter.

Kick off is as 7:45pm so half time should be between 8:30pm and 8:45pm.

The best part of this all is that somehow I was born within the month of this godly game so I'll definitely be getting it for free.

But all in all, this game is probably going to be the best FPS known to man. <sarcasm> Besides Wolfenstein 3D.</sarcasm>

And who else is gonna vote on the fact the CoD 7 is gonna rip off MW2?

I've just seen the MW2 Advert, it's the same as the reveal trailer but its just all the good bits.

Wouldnt say so as its still early days and they dont want to reveal to much.

Aye I guess, but still they could've made a unique advert Although, not many people are all cybernetically gifted like us so they probably haven't seen the trailers online.

I give the advert 8/10 because the gameplay is awesome :lol:
