MW2 Question

I have a question, almost all the US rangers, and Task Force soldiers wear these in MW2:

It's like a scarf, or bandanna covering their nose down.

Anyone know where you can get one of these? They look sweet.

Some possibilities:
1. Bandana - Large, tied tight, tucked in Jacket/shirt
2. Ski mask - Cut from nose up, fit snug
3. Check an army surplus store. Destined to have something in the genre.:ninja:

woah I always thought it was called a baclava but you're right. Thats probably what those are.
