Its really warm and muggy here tonight and we dont have air conditioning in houses here very often. Im currently sat behind a desk fan which i have been for 6 hours. :lol:

Houses here just dont have them, i dont know a single person who does and its about $8000 - $10,000 to have a good one fitted. Its rarely that hot here to require it so not worth the money. I just leave the desk fan on aimed over the bed (because the ceiling fan is much to noisy to leave on all night).

They are in most houses over there already, we just dont have any need for them for about 85% of the year so few have them. They are not seen as a necessity but a mod con and a privilege so companies set the price high.

stick your head in the freezer
follow johndoes advice
spend a day in the car with the ac on
do a drug that gives you the chills
drink ice water
take a cold shower
hang out naked
buy a new air conditioner
steal a neighbors air conditioner
steal a friends air conditioner
steal a relatives air conditioner
steal an air conditioner from work
fix the air conditioner again
hope one of these helped.
