I'm going to laugh so hard if the hobbe figurine comes out for the PC version. *Crosses fingers*

But even so, the In-Game content for the limited edition is what interested me in the first place.

I guess one positive thing to come out of it is reduced shipping cost, because it looks a lot smaller...

This isn't that big of a blow to me, b/c I didn't get the chance to pre-order it. However, it's still really lame.

If I had pre-ordered, I'd be mad.

But then I'd be like...wait, Fable 2 is going to be one of the best games I've ever played (probably THE best), what am I whining about!?

But I'd still fume about it. lol.

Okay, I wasn't really mad about this "cancellation of content" at first. I thought, I want the game and the in-game content. The other stuff is just a cool bonus. However, I just called my Gamestop and asked them what I should do since I already paid my LE copy off in like July and here is the stupid whores response.

"Um...hold on. . . . . . . okay, Ummm, you are going to have to come in and cancel your pre-order for Limited Edition..um..and then just pre-order the regular edition."

To which I responded,

"Can't I reorder the "Dumbed Down" version of the Limited Edition so I can still get the In-game Content?"

She replied.

"Umm, hold on.........okay, umm, we arent showing that we will carry any kind of Limited Edition for this game now, only the regular one. So, ummm, you just have to cancel your current pre-order and get the regular one."

To which I reply,

"%$#!!"

Then she says,

".............."

I say,

"Will there at least be a midnight release for this game, or do you know yet?"

To which she say's,

"No"

Confused, I retort,

"No to the Midnight release or no you do not know yet?"

She then replies, with a small chuckle,

"No there will not be a midnight release."

To which I respond,

"%^$#!!"

And that was the conversation. I am angry, and reeeeally don't feel like ordering this stupid Limited edition online. I think I will just keep my pre-order the same, go in on the 21st to pick it up, and when they tell me what has happend, raise pure hell until they compensate me fairly.

this is a copy of the email game uk L.E preorders will have recieved,
Dear Customer,

We have just been informed by Microsoft this afternoon that there is a significant supply chain issue regarding the contents of the Fable II Limited Edition. This affects the entire market.

They have advised us that neither the figurine nor the fate cards are going to be available. Which is incredibly frustrating!

However the Limited Edition WILL still come with a bonus disk with all Lionhead developer diaries, concept art viewer, music from soundtrack and new behind the scenes making of video footage, as well as bonus in-game content.

We have lowered the price of the limited edition to £39.99 to reflect the altered contents. I do hope this goes some way to alleviating your disappointment.

Great ! I waas only paying £3 more when there was all the other stuff included. Now I am evern more ****ED off, now add that in with the Co-op delay. Atleast I will have a great game to play to take my attension away from this! I am really ****ed off at whoever is controlling the way the game is being distribuited

I can't stand store clerks anymore. I went to best buy recently and asked for help finding a futurama dvd. The bitch said 'Lol, what's futurama, sounds nerdy." I went to the manager and he fired her when she flipped me off for "tattling like a 2 year old ****". She just shrugged and left.
I buy everything online now.

im glad they took out all the useless crap and put in some useful crap that i can actually use in the game :)

for $10 less you dont get the retard figurine...it just looks like an over priced piece of bobblehead plastic, and the cards....what do they do? like terra cards or something?

Yay for exclusive content and yay for lower price!
