ok need a little help with proposing..

lol i figured since you guys can answer medical help with cobalts penis that maby some of you maby know of a good way to propose?
I have untill feb 2 to come up with an awesome way to propose.
I did think of one that she would of liked but... Its not really going to work anymore...

My first idea-
Have her mother pour tons and tons of rose peddles on her bed and then make a path to the front door. When she gets up everyone will be gone. She will then go out side the house to find out that there is a letter with some ballons and an empty box with it. The letter will give her instructions on where to go and to be there at a certain time.(A Scavenger Hunt) And it will also give her a cheesy line saying something about why the box is empty is because im nothing with out you lol.
Anyways...
Where she was going to go i didnt know.. I had 7months to plan at the time..
But after we would meet up after dinner and then go to somewhere and be able to have a picnic and watch this air plane fly over and have it spell out will you marry me?
Perfect i thought... Except the air plane dude wants about $6000 which is about 5000 more then i would of paid..

Second idea.. everything except that she would meet me at an park and then we would have a picnic and that i would say something like owe! and say something is poking me in the back. We lift up the blanket and look on the ground and find out that someone has left a bottle and that there is a message inside!! We open the bottle and it has a letter and it says marry me :)
I thought that was great untill yesterday someone at my work ask me.. " How many picnics have you ever seen in February?"
She was right... Lol Thats going to be colder then crap.
Scratch that one....
So picnic idea wont work. I do not want to propose to her at a restaurant. everyone does that..
It has to be special.. I have been looking on line and nothing good is really coming up..

So any ideas!! please let me know
as i only have 7 months.. untill Feb 2
I have a little bit of time.. I still need to get a ring... But thats the least of my worry. I am already saving and i can save enough that i will get a nice one for about 2000. So thats not a problem its the whole planning that never works for me.

Well, I have no experience in this sort of thing, but what I can say is to make it tasteful. You don't want to make it cheesy (or if you do, awknowledge it so you can make a light-hearted joke about it), but generally I'd stay away from over-the-top ostentacious presentations. That said, make it romantic, but that doesn't necessarily mean spending a massive amount on a sky plane etc.

Not alot of help, but perhaps you can find something useful in there.

I'd keep it romantic but not go over the top. I'm not sure where those two meet since I have no experience in this area.

I like the message in a bottle thing. Maybe it doesn't have to be in a picnic setting. How about just chilling on the couch, watching a movie or something and then pull the bottle up from between the cushions?

John... You have done the bottle thing? Lol Wow.. so there is a soft side to you? You could of just tied it to a string so it wouldnt of floated away? But Ha it happends.
One thing tho.. If it backfired.. Wouldnt that make every in the end better? True it didnt go as planned.. So the dog found the bottle under the blanket and took off with it. But in the end wouldnt it be the thought that counted? I know my wife to be would be thrilled to hear about everything.

LobotomizedLOVE The cushion idea might actually work.. Its not to elaborate and its not half bad.. But idk.. I want to try and get it somewhere that we have never been before..

Idk if the whole chocolate chip bag is what i had in mind tho.
Lol but i like how lots of people are atleast giving me ideas

Create something on the computer that say's "Will you Marry me" and then whiles she's reading it she'll turn around and you can be on your knees and say something like "well, will you?"
