Alright, so Pandemic II is a game I have just run across, and frankly, I love it! It seems so different from the usual flash games, and I think you should try it.
What it is all about is spreading a disease that you make, and then watch it go wild and take out the rest of mankind by upgrading resistances, strengths etc.
