Please help with FE

I love Fable TLC and I really want to make it more interesting now that I've beaten the game several times. I downloaded FE but every time i try to open it it says To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .Net Framework: v2.0.50727 Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .Net Framework. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

use windows updates until it updates your .net thing.

I dont know whats wrong with my stupid computer but apparently since the .net thing has an unknown publisher i cannot download it.

Go into your control panel and go the users page. Click your user and give me a screenshot.

looks like your pc is just as retarded as mine ( mine is worst, vista) i have the same problem running choclate box. so it probably is your programs required not working

Err no his problem is entirely different. His computer won't let him install the programs provided, yours does.

And I already told you. Get SDK.
