Possible Scythe Spoiler

Is it just me...

Or are there just so many different things that Scythe and William(Archon) had in common? One of those being that when Scythe appeared to Nostro, he came to him in tarnished golden armor and a torn blue cloak, and William(again, Archon) was wearing just that when he disappeared, minus the wear and tear and such. Scythe also has incredible willpower, though it's not incredibly demonstrated, and he tutored Nostro in it. "The Powers of Will"... I don't think I need to explain that they came from William.

Anyways, would be glad to hear what everyone has to say on the matter, because it's sown a bit of a seed in the back of my head that I somewhat wish wasn't there.

I thought he WAS William? I mean with the info given, I just assumed Scythe really was Will..

That's what I was figuring, I just wasn't sure if my notions were pure idiocy, or it was just such common knowledge that it was no big deal at all. *shrugs*

lol me neither, idk if ppl know sumthing else, I just assumed it. Glad to see I wasn't off, I mean since I'm thinking the same as you..

Well, I did get that we're at least somewhat like-minded in our ideas on Scythe and Will, and maybe a bit about people knowing other things. But, I'm pretty glad myself to see that at least one person knows/thinks the same thing that I do, gives me that warm, fuzzy, Fabley feeling deep in my tummy.

I wud like to see scythe in fable 2 he was kick ass so :D

he was like 100's of years old in fable tlc so why shunt be able to survive but mabye her could be an oracle or somthing.

I'd have to say I wouldn't -mind- seeing Scythe in Fable 2, and it'd probably be a somewhat enjoyable experience, but if I figured right, I'll probably be displeased with myself, 'cause that's just the way I am. :D

Right, but then... I figure if I had been smart enough, I could've put it somewhere else that encompassed both... Though... I have a feeling that if that comes up, it'll be in Fable 2, maybe 3 or later.

I'm pretty sure he might've popped in very shortly, or maybe was just in a book. Can't fully remember.

Ever since Fall of the Old Kingdoms came out I thought that Will, the first Archon came back as Scythe when he saw an opportunity to restore Albion to it's former glory and repent for his inability to stop his children from destroying Albion.

He appeared when Nostro rose to power, he appeared to help the Hero defend the world from Jack in Fable and i reckon he will appear again in Fable II to help our character stop Lucien from building his tower, which i reckon is supposed to replicate the tower that was built to focus will, the one that destroyed the Old Kingdom.

Sounds about like what I had in mind, and sums up my ideas. When will that silly old man learn that his experiments almost always end up going awry, and the world ends up twisting itself into a ball again?

By silly old man do you mean Lucien? Because I thought that it was one of Scythe/Archon/Will's descendants that decided to create that giant tower.

You would think Lucien would realise that the Tower led to the destruction of all albion though.

Ah, was just a erm... 'joke' about Scythe, and how he's always coming back. Though... I suppose that if Lucien is as well-educated as his status points to... he ought to know that a tower much like the one he's building led to the destruction of the Old Kingdom, yeah.

Ahk i get it now, but where would the fun be if he never came back and at least tried to save the inevitably damned world of Albion
