When I first started, I drew two images, One of Quentarus when I first started writing my book, Quentarus is my main character of my book. And then Him when he becomes a soldier... It has been 3 years so I re did the two pictures
on the Left was drawn on 8/4/11 and the one on the Right was drawn 9/08
I listen to this song below that inspired him
(Lyrics from the song Cage the beast by Adelitas Way)
I see it in your eyes
You’re feeling paranoid
You know just what I’ve done
You know what I’ve become
I feel it deep inside
With all the pain and lies
I know just what I want
I am an animal
I think it’s time I let you know
I could just end it all
You can’t cage the beast
There’s no breaking me
You can’t cage the beast inside of me
I feel the rage and all the pain
You can’t cage the beast inside of me
Inside of me
I feel it in your vibe
You are a parasite
Who knows just what I’ve done
I think your time has come
You try to turn the tide
I think you’ve lost your mind
Afraid of what I want
This is what I’ve become
I think it’s time I let you know
I could just end it all
Thank you, I am really trying different methods each release. Lol, I actually used vectors for shading, so it doesn't look like I used a bunch of brushes. I am personally extremely proud of this piece.

Yeah, I like that method better for art like this. I'm guessing you used Illustrator for the coloring? Definitely works when going for that clean look.
Awhile ago, I had commissioned a guy to draw out some more of my characters, like I had before, they both are the ladys of Light's Tear on the right, is Lady Legacy, and on the left is the Angle of Darkness
I am not terribly good at it my self, but I like to practice... I mean If I had my way, I would have someone do a lot of softshading (sense I don't know how to my self) I prefer that semi-realistic type pictures, instead I am stuck with the anime style coloring D:
