Recent Posts/Top 5 Stats Box

As you see on many vB forums, there is a box at the bottom of the forum displaying the top 5 posters, referrers, etc., and then on the right is the last 10 replies to threads. I think we should put that onto the forum, mainly for the last 10 replies. I think it is a very useful tool.

we used to have those, but it was taken out just befor Fable II was released. they did it to save forum resorces since a lot more people would be visiting with the newly released game.

If they were to add any of those then the top 5 would be on another page to save loading time and lag and the last 10 posts could be good but we always know there are replies in the fable 2 forum and not much in the fable forum and a bit in the middle here in the general discussion
so all we would see is:
Fable2fan15 posted in gargoyle locations
etc..

Yeah, like we need more incentive for people to spam.

When we did have it, a lot of people spammed the top topics just to see their name everywhere, and to top it off they created a thread just to show it off via a screenshot.

No thanks. Besides, you could always just use this.

I don't think a shoutbox is a very good idea. It can decrease the amount of forum activity. Even it's only a little bit, it's still bad.

Banspammerhammer. Now it sounds liek something out of Morrowind. There is actually a Banhammer in Morrowind. THAT'S why it's better than oblivion.
