This is for Tsuyu or John Doe, Cause They're likely to know the answer to this, But if anyone Does know the answer to this feel free to answer.

I explain what i think of religion and how i feel and then could you please tell me what religion relates to ME the most. (Whatever you pick, does not mean I will become that.)

I Believe in myself, I believe that we all have an Inner "God" in ourselves, Some find it, Some spend their whole lives searching for it and some dont ever start because they liket o believe in that God up in the clouds. I Believe that we're all Equal But its because we have our own Mind and opinion we like to think not, I do like to believe in Evoloution, But i dont quite get the "Big Bang Theory" and im not really down with the whole "God created the world" thing.. I think that Animals are equal as humans are, I think we're animals aswell. Oh, And Peace obviously.

So, What'd you get out of that?

Whew it's been awhile since I've been on this forum. It's funny how religion is the only thread that causes so many post (and for good reason), well that and fable 3 improvement threads. haha. I'm probably going to be the last post,but ScareCrow what is your opinion about the afterlife? If you or anyone else has already discussed this and the topic is dead, then forgive me.

This thread just started up a couple of days ago, so its not that old.

Afterlife.. I dont know.. Its really hard to say. Im curious, Of course. But i like to imagen we go to a HUGE Casino and we go on the "Slots" and we pull the lever and whatever comes up. "What animal/ Species/Sex/race" And so-on. Then you come alive and you're that.

hahahaha, now that would be interesting, although it would suck it you got something crappy like a slug. I have a wicken (don't know if I spelled that right) that believes in reincarnation. I've met many people who vary in opinion. Agnostic people tend to vary amongst themselves too.

I don't like the idea of reincarnation. Because that would mean that "my" life isn't my life at all, it is the second life of some unknown dude who died before me.

If reincarnation was true at least you could hope that the unknown dude or creature that you used to be was cool. Besides if you live as a bug, how do you level up from that?

I don't like the idea of reincarnation. Because that would mean that "my" life isn't my life at all, it is the second life of some unknown dude who died before me.

I like to believe in it, but I don't see it that way. Each time you are reincarnated, it's a different you, seeing as "you" is made up of the flesh and bones bit, and not the soul bit. So it's not as though there is one eternal "you", you just get to be someone else.

Well, What i really think.. Kind of..

I think that When you die, your soul, apart of you carries on through the Human Chain and it goes into someone else and they pick up the same characteristics as you. And that is why we had Inventors and Discovers.

I like to think that when I die a white light will shine and I will be overcome with a feeling of peace, I will then be able to relive my happiest moments for all eternity, and watch over the loved ones I left behind.

Well I don't agree with the reincarnation idea, I personally think that you live and die once in this world so to pass into another one. I do believe in Heaven and Hell,although some people don't like the idea of Hell too well.

I think God is pretty selfish to allow us to live on in Heaven for all eternity. It would get boring soon, and I think that if I wanted to pass on into oblivion I'd have the right to do that - not waking up and "living again" on some damnable cloud!

Haha well I would hardly think that I would be living on a cloud, although that would be a cool experiance. God wouldn't be selfish cause he could just damn us to hell rather than passing people into oblivion. Besides in Heaven you can't run out of things to do. Way I see it if God is infinitly powerful then he'll give us plenty of things to do forever. Besides people will find things to do on their own I'm sure.

Yes, but considering that we're speaking of living on for all of eternity, you will run out of things to do and it will get boring eventually.

Better than hell dude. Plenty to do there, sit and be tormented forever. Wanting to die, but can't. I'll take Heaven over Hell. Plus I don't want to stop existing.

You will eventually. We're talking all of eternity here, you have to realize that. If I tapped my foot for all eternity, eventually I would've bored my way through to the other side of the earth. Might take billions of years, but that doesn't matter since we're talking eternity.

maybe so, you have a good point, but going to Heaven would change a soul from what it was into something better. Something beyond human, and maybe it takes something more than human to live for all enternity. Actually I know it would. Besides religions such as Christianity say that souls will have purpose and peace in worshiping God. But I do see your point.

If you reach heaven, you are in total peace with everything around you and you don`t need things to do - being one with God is the best and only state required to survive.
