Looks like a kitty face to me.

And yeah I found that makeup too. I don't think it's particularly rare though... so far I've found it on all 3 of my playthroughs.

Dammit. I should really buy the guide for this things.

I see an internal human body BTW, or perhaps a screaming, meditating guy.

I see legions of people bowing down to me. Then I opened my eyes, looked at the picture, and saw a dead elephant.
 
I see and airplane slicing off the bottom half of a poor skydiver with it's propellers! :devil:

wow thats quite an epic observation. i just dont see it however :P
 
At first I saw a human screaming, but upon further examination I think it looks more like an insect looking you really close in the face.
