Yes, the randomizer site gives you a random number, so just give each member who got it right a number say (Daemon 1, ZJuggernaut 2) website roles 1, Daemon wins. Got it?

I'm kind of really sure that that is wrong...it's definitely 12PM to 1PM...(noon-1 in the afternoon) 12AM is midnight, and that's for the Temple of Shadows (until 1AM)...just letting you know
Not to mention that you are referring to an 11 hour time span, when it's really only an hour.

Just give the name of the region. For example, let's say hypothetically that there are balvarines outside of the castle in the main area of Fairfax Gardens, and there are balvarines in Lady Grey's tomb. Just saying Fairfax Gardens covers both of those places. Does that answer your question?
