Shaving the apple.

Yeah, I fear for my life every time I shave. When I get to the apple, I think I'm gonna cut my throat or something. Any tips?

Re: Shaving the apple.

Tip one: If you have a shaving blade that is good (a.k.a not disposable) then dont worry about it, I have ran over pimples and never cut them, it glides over them and shaves the hair around it... The only way you are gonna cut more than a spek (The same amount of blood as a small zit) is if you are using the old fashion barber shop style ones, or the disposable...

Re: Shaving the apple.

you could shave around it starting some horrible new fad of the "low neck gotee".

but in reality like firis said you might think you will cut it but you wont. or if your still terifiyed you could get tweezers and pluck each individual hair but thats gonna take a while and mabey hurt. or if your unsure if it will hurt or not you could use duct tape and then it will hurt for sure.

Re: Shaving the apple.

hhmmm come to think of it I dont have any hair there to worry about. damn this baby face!

Re: Shaving the apple.

I hate it, its scruffy and ugly... I only like my corny Mexican style mustache that I also shave because it isn't exactly attractive on a 14 year old... It isn't thick... but I am the only 14 year old I know with black hair coming out of his neck.

Re: Shaving the apple.

As you can see in the What does everybody look like? thread I have a beard going on at 14, and I started shaving when I was like 12. I use a 4 bladed gilette thing with a precision blade, so I dont think it's one of those cheap rusty ones. I'll keep it in mind next time I shave, thanks firis and tj. (Dunno why I'm thanking tj, but +Rep all the same :P.)

Re: Shaving the apple.

your thanking me cuz my brilliant ideas make you feel more inteligent. my face is racist. all the hairs are white except for a group of black hairs in one spot. if I dont shave its like some sort of twoface thing going on on my chin....

Re: Shaving the apple.

Just make sure your blade is always sharp, nothing worse than hacking your face up with a blunt blade. Been shaving for 12 years now (since i was 11), annoying thing with me is id have to do it twice a day to stay smoothish. I get the 5'o clock shadow by midday and it drives me crazy.

Re: Shaving the apple.

When I read the title title, I immediately thought "shaving the apple" has got to be the latest sexual euphemism for masturbation. Totally, totally glad I was wrong.

Any who, use an electric razor. I'm on my second one now and both of 'em cost me about £15 separately. I also use 'em to razor my head so I save on barber bills. Saves you money in the long run and you can be a dirty skin head like me.

You took the words outta my mouth lol, electric shaver ftw ^^

Re: Shaving the apple.

I prefer wet shaving, and shaving the apple as a term for masturbation would sound more painful than enjoyable..

when you shave in the morning and by the afternoon the hair is already growing back and above the skin and looks dark, like a shadow.

Re: Shaving the apple.

If you shave in the morning you already have dark stubble in the afternoon, meaning you need to shave again
