Not on the forum, no. You'll have to resize it or fix it elsewhere.

And I'm still waiting for a staff member to let me know if they will make a sticky with the sig battle rules in it or not. Ooooooh staaaaaaff...

They won't sticky it if it has no real benefit to the forum.

You should just post a link in the first post of every battle linking to the rules.
