Finally, after all this waiting I now know my PC can run Skyrim on ultra. Finally!

What about you guys?

My current PC could probably run it on the lowest settings with minimal lag. But that's about it. I'll hopefully be getting a better PC soon though.

I think I'ma /needget a new vid card, otherwise my pc is good enough to run it on very high settings. but my computer could probably run it on medium-low at the moment.

I can actually run that. ._.;

Pc here i come, Cant wait for this. Been to long of a wait :) Nice find Scotty.

I really am surprised by how undemanding this game is, I kept getting paranoid I'd have to upgrade my GPU, but this I'm happy about. On top of this however, the optimization Bethesda managed for a game this size is quite scary, considering Battlefield 3 & RAGE require 20GBs of HDD space (Skyrim only 6GBs).. I have to tip my hat to Bethesda.

Now if the new engine they have designed is less buggy then the last then they might covert a lot of people who have avoided their games in the past.

Funny you should mention that, Bethesda stated there were some interesting bugs that cropped up during the development such as a chicken that snitches on you if you're doing something naughty in the world. They also stated that glitches that add for some humorous experiences in the game will be left in the game and won't be fixed, surprisingly.

Skyrim looks a lot more polished than Oblivion & Fallout 3 though, course... it's also not running on decade old tech either. :lol:

Little update here..

The only thing I really lack is a decent CPU, but my dad is upgrading his for BF3, so hopefully I'm gonna get me some tasty hand-me-downs.
