well....people toss and turn or move around when their asleep...dont they....maybe snoring has something to do with it lol

not when they're fully asleep they don't, unless they have a sleep disorder...
once you enter REM sleep, your body is paralyzed to prevent you from acting out your dreams, it's what stops you from killing people or screaming when you're dreaming...
so people toss and turn only when they're trying to get deeper asleep and they can't and their body gets fidgety... the real reason they're tired in the morning is from not getting a deep sleep, not from rolling around all night...

Well, my case is slightly strange I do not dream. I have ever only dreamed once in my life, and that was when I was heavily drugged after major surgery, and a side effect caused me to have horrible nightmares I've even gone to the doctor to get it checked out, they monitored my sleep for a few days, and registered very little brain activity while I was asleep, though they confirmed that I was entering REM sleep. I sleepwalk as well, I've woken up in all sorts of places such as the shower, my brother's old bed, I even woke up standing by my front door with my dog on a leash like I was going to walk him :wacko:

you ALWAYS dream. no matter what u thinkk. u always dream...just that certain kinds of sleep cuase to forget that u dreamt or what u dreamt of

That's just what my doctor told me Then again, he was the one who told me that the cause for my surgery mentioned above was "not serious" :hmm:

If I do dream these days it's usually to do with the stress I've had during the day/week...I got annoyed on Sunday night when Jessica woke me up at stupid o'clock (she has a habit of crying hysterically in her sleep but when you wake her she's absolutely fine and has no recollection) and spoilt a really good dream...once I'm woken from the middle of one I can never remember them...

My sleep is messed up these days coz of the pain and the medication doesn't take the edge off...usually I'm in bed by about 1-2am and then awake at regular intervals during the night until 8am when Steve gets up...I tend to sleep a lot during the day to catch up, which isn't a great idea, but I can't physically function some days and just crash out on the sofa...

I'd consider sleeping pills, but I'm always afraid I won't wake up in an emergency...
