Tsuyu, what are you talking about? We're discussing a real sport here, one that people actually care about. Necromancer, aside, of course. He's big on dead things.

1) The quarterback was accused at sexual assault, not rape. The two are very different and no charges were ever officially made.

Thank you for clarifying, I had no idea.

Yeah, that's a losing battle. Whether it's just following her into a bathroom and groping her or following her into a bathroom and making her blow him, it's still ****ed.

EDIT: And yes, I know that he was never charged. But I'm naturally biased against rich football players. I don't like Ray Lewis much, either. And he's even a Raven.

How can you force someone into giving a blow job? If that happened to me, Cthulhu forbid, I'd go Oz and them and bite that sh** off. Then I'd kick him in his now-useless nuts.

What if there was a gun to your head?

The game was unexciting (no epic plays), the commercials sucked (one or two stood out as good), Aguilera's a f***** idiot that screws up the NATIONAL ANTHEM, and the halftime show was s*** and un-American and just proved how bad the BIP are at singing without 100% synthesizing (and don't even get me started on how bad Fergie is). All in all, a terrible Superbowl this year. The years past have been pretty much the opposite of what I just said above; this year's was a travesty.

...unamerican? lol

What, exactly,was unamerican about it?

Well...what was? I suppose I saw some reds, whites, and blues...on the dancers, who, despite being faceless unknowns, were the most interesting part of the show. That seems wrong, no?

1) It was a good game. Did you see the way Greenbay was awesome?
2) Black Eyed Peas were at a live show, which never translates well into broadcast because the sound was designed to accommodate the acoustics of the arena, not live television. I thought the show was excellent.
3) No red white and blue? Really? That actually bothers you? That's even more 'unamerican'.
4) How is Aguilera an idiot because she made a mistake? She was in front of nearly a hundred thousand people; that would **** with anyones head. So by your logic, making mistakes in unamerican.

In conclusion, there was nothing... 'unamerican' (that's not even a WORD!) about the game or the show. You're just ****y because you specifically were unimpressed.

...unamerican... *scoffs*

Of course it's not a word; that's why I hyphenated it (suppose that doesn't make it perfect, but whatever). I didn't say the whole game was un-A, just the halftime show. I did see red white and blue. They did play well yes (that's how they won), but that doesn't necessarily make for an exciting game. I know for sure I'm not the only person sharing these feelings either; you're the first person who has actually said it was good to watch. The couple dozen people I've talked to describes it variously as anywhere between lame to downright terrible.

How is Aguilera an idiot because she made a mistake?
She's a public performer, it's what she does for a living, so she should be used to such situations. If you're told you are going to do the National Anthem, you better be damn studying that thing until you have it down perfect. Singing that at the most-watched event in the country? Straight-A performance is required, and has been executed by many a non-millionaire singer at televised sporting events. Otherwise, as it is in this case, it makes you look like an idiot who didn't care enough to get it done right, passing off the excuse for it as "I got lost in the moment." Really? If only we all could get away with such an excuse.

Yeahhhhhhh, this is going no where fast. I'm just... I'm just gonna let it rest.

Heres a question about the sport. Why is the quarterback called the quarterback?
