That's how I relieve stress. Howsabout the rest of you, who don't relieve your pent-up anxiety by digitally screaming? Or sleeping. If you're asleep, you can't worry.

I masturbate, play video games, sing/scream, or listen to music (Something which I do constantly anyway.) or I combine the last two. I only nap when tired, not to relieve anger.
EDIT: I also workout and drink soda.

Whenever I'm stressed, the best thing I can do it is talk about it. With my mother usually. Then I get a hug. Yay for me.

It's that or sleep. I used to have these 'worry dolls' that were little wicker dolls you'd place inside a bag under your pillow as you slept. They were meant to take all your worries away. Never did. Nice thought though.

I also sometimes dance when I'm frustrated. Any exercise is meant to relieve all your negative energy or something. It sort of works. Just makes me too worn out to even care. And then I sleep. ;)

I normally get some pizza, some cold beers out the fridge and rotate some games on my 360. Dont stick to the same game otherwise it can get tedious, i play so much of one game until i start losing concentration then change it to something else (usually a different genre).

What, you don't have sex for stress relief? .. hm, I thought I knew you.

I want to punch walls when I get frustrated, but I usually manage to restrain myself before that happens. There's a pretty nice hole behind a poster next to my desk though.

For glory and the such? Or because you punched a wall? :P Or both..

Most video games help me to relieve stress, but anger relief is something I leave to beating the sh*t out of spammers on Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2, though I'm sure any fighting game would be sufficient.
