I thought it was suspended, I'm getting confused.

Anyway, Go to school and when/if you don't get suspended, or was it expelled (?), then your treat would be to go out an purchase the game.

just pre-order it and get it delivered then what you gotta do is make sure your parent(s (gotta put it in to be politically correct =P) ) go out during the day. Basically go out of the hosue as if you're going to school then skive a day off, come back when your parent(s) are out and write a fake note explaining to the school why you were away and hand it in on the monday.

hmmm i still liukey standing out side the shop just like with some tea and switching cloths QUICKLY then getting my fable 2 going home and saying eerm mum well you see FABLE 2!!!!!! then run to my room and lock the door, and caboose im in year 10

This topic just blows my mind!!

So the #1 priority in your life is fable 2 (video games)?

I guess I'm either jealous or confused.

What about family, education, friends, etc? What if a friend calls you to hang out? Are you going to turn them down?

I will admit that I sometimes wish my #1 priority was video games, but that would get old real quick!

Ditto, sure, I'm looking forward to Fable 2 as much as the next person, but dare I ask, what's the sense in either skipping school to get it, or getting yourself suspended for it?

The first thing I intend on doing on that Friday is going to college, getting my disgracefully short day out of the way, going home, going into Blockbusters to pick up my reserved copy and then just enjoying my half term with it.

Be patient, it'll make the experience all the sweeter for you. ^_^

My freind i has my whole fable 2 week planned, my gf goes on holiday for two weeks on saturday, so my first fable 2 weeks is fine, then if mates come over couch co-op dude :P yes fable 2 rules my life XD

It's Friday. Go to the shop and get the game then go to school, explain that you're late as you were not feeling well (draft a fake note), wait an hour at school then fake being sick again and ask to go home and that's your school front and parent front covered.

i agree with scarecrow. at first i thought just wait, and it will make you anticipate the game more. but when you get a fun opportunity like what scarecrow was talkin about, go for it.

smoke one before you go too... at least, thats how i would do it. lol

We got it on the Tuesday, only 3 days according to the countdown clock on me desktop! Yar har har har har! Or is that Monday? I thought, wait, I'm lost again. 21st? Or the 20th? Wow I am being a downy right now...

i think that date comes very inconveinently for a lot of people. for example, the next day is a very important corporate walk at my work. some of the important people are gonna come over, so we all have to "bend over" and show how afraid we are of them. and make the store rediculosly clean, and get everything done rediculously early in the morning. its real bs. i hate walks. and the day before my dad will likely get out of jail. and im sure that there are some out there that can understand that i dont particularly want to have to see my father. hopfully i wont have to. but, even though work is busy, i took 3 days off anyway, cuz they have used me so much that i just dont care anymore. screw em. fable 2 means way more than my crappy job. i could get fired tomorrow and i wouldnt care. sure it pays well, but it blows and its nothing that would help me advance in life.

edit: also, i would vote to skip school. but be warned, i am a very bad influence.

I would skip class tuesday since I havent missed any this semester, but I have to turn in a paper and give a little oration about it. Besides, I love my classes honestly so it aint bad, and just one class on tuesdays. I will do one of two things...if there's a midnight release I MAY go but im afraid I wouldnt get up for class so I'll probably go get fable before class then come straight home afterwards. I've been taking a break from getting high, was thinking of waiting until either halloween or after the election to start back, but if money looks chill I may buy some for the release of fable 2 haha. If I do, I'll be baked out of my mind before I even leave the house that morning, to celebrate, as one other poster put it, the holiday :)

I'd say tough it out at school and then go and play it. Like a few of the other posts, the anticipation will make that day all the more enjoyable.

Well I dont mean to be rude but in the uk It my half term now so im ok but dont bunk off. ;) Theres always after school and then theres the weekend. Plus how would you play it youd still have to wait and they wouldnt sell the game to you because your under 18 and fable 2 mature. STAY IN SCHOOL :cool:

right unfrotunatly i got a call from school, seems ive had so much time off that if i dont get my ass to school the whole of next week im in deep **** and the goverment will send some fag for some weird ass reason, so after about 2 hours of arguing with my mum she said to just go to school and shell pick up when she gets off work so i can come straight home and play it so ama have to hope my excitment doesnt get tooo out of control and i dont punch some random kid ><
