how do u get through the lock door at the back of the tavern in bowerstone soth in The Lost Chapters

The statue at the Lookout Point slowly moves. It will point at the guild, Greatwood, the Picnic Area, Bowstone, and "nowhere in particular". When it points at Bowerstone (12 PM?), go to the cellar of the tavern, and it should open.
