This Just In!

I can do a Front Flip/Forward Flip. I might get it on Camera, So i can see what its like and show you lot!

I also want to try and do a backflip, Does anyone have any experience doing them? Any Tips? ^_^

Well I have done flips before and my first tip would be to try them on something soft like your sofa or something, and then when you can land on your feet do it whenever you want.

Just don't break your neak.

Can I do a flip? Probably. Can I land a flip? Probably not.

The only tip I can give you is do it into a pool. That way you dont have to stick the landing.

Front flipz are mega easy, but good for you. ^_^

Backflipz are a little harder, I'd reccomend practicing on a trampoline or your bed first, to get the best results of a backflipz: When you jump try not to throw your body as well as your legs, if you try and stay in the same place and throw your weight over your self, you should be fine.

You can also tuck your legs too, the dodgy thing about that is that if you don't embrace the speed of the flip, you could end up breaking into a double and seriously injure yourself.

I've never tried a flip, never needed to try it, and since the condo isnt very spacious (Well it is, but I don't want to break anything if I mess up)

@ Silver, Thanks, Ill try your idea out! I think a Backflip would be WAAAAAY Cooler to do!

@ Azrael, I don't Do it on soft ground the first time I tried I did it on grass.. Which i guess is fairly soft, soft enough.

@ TJ, Yeah i can do them In the Pool, I can do really good bacflips into pools, But its the fact I have to do a backflip on hard ground that scares me..
