Tooth extraction

Today when I went to the dentist to have my checkup, everything was fine. Then the dentist tells me I have an extra tooth growing that has to be removed. So now in 2 weeks I'm going back to have the extra tooth removed, so my baby tooth it's in front of can fall out. I would post a picture of the tooth, but I am too lazy.

I'm 12 and I've only lost like 7/8 teeth....

So once your baby tooth falls out you're gonna have a gap in your teeth forever?

No. What I meant was that there was a tooth in front of another tooth (as in out towards my mouth)

is it an extra baby tooth that needs to come out? hopefully its not one of the big ones in the back, they hurt like hell. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once and it hurts like a bitch for about 2 weeks. I hung onto them for a while but eventually threw them away, their roots go in quite a bit deeper then the tooth sticks out. but if its a baby tooth, or one closer to the front, it wont hurt to mutch.

Interesting. I definitely lost all mine by the time I was ten. I never had braces either. ^^;
