Trying to overthrow Lady Grey

I want to overthrow Lady Grey so I can become mayor. However, the prisoner who wants to overthrow her is not in Bowerstone North. What do I do? I already completed the arena quest. I also defeated Thunder, but not have married Lady Grey yet. Is it too late? This is for the original Fable, not TLC. thanks

You need to marry her I think, then you can go scream to the world that she is a murderess

go to the overhtrow lady (dont know where she is... she might come too you for all I know) after you marry lady grey with the evidence (in grey house)
Other than that, im sorry thats all I know...

i dont get what you guys are saying. I already have the dusty notebook and the parchment. I went to the grey house and took all the items before meeting lady grey. does that mess it up?

and who is this overthrow lady?

Once you marry lady grey you *CANNOT* turn her in for murder.

i didnt marry her. i know that! i just want to overthrow her! but i don't know how because there is no guy in jail!

you dont marry lady gray... once you retrive the notes form the gray house celler and try to leave lady gray should be comming down the celler and askes so you marry and not turn her in for murder or something... if that didnt happen and you cant find the guy than idk what happend

1: The guy in the Bowerstone North jail cell is who you talk to, he should be highlighted green. He tells you to talk to some guy in Barrow Fields.

2: Go to the Barrow Fields Demon Door and talk to the green dotted guy on the minimap.

3: Go to the Grey House, go into the stables, and turn your lamp on/off three times. This will trigger a short cutscene. You can now go into the cellar.

4: Open the cellar doors and you'll talk to the ghost. After a short while, pick up the notes on the floor. Lady Grey will come down into the cellar and tell you that if you give her the notes you can still marry her. If you want to EXPOSE her, do NOT give her the notes. Instead, take them and go to Bowerstone North, and talk to the head guard (the guard that talked to you the first time you went into BS North). Then click Yes when he asks you if you want to be the mayor.

Note - I'm running on TLC on the PC so original on xbox might be different.

Yeah that guy in barrowfields is still there after ive already married lady grey. is there something else im suppose to do for amanda grey?

You mean that guy called Rhodri? Nah, he just takes the hits saying things like "Ouch! So Lady Grey sent you to finish the job?" or something ridiculous.

Yeah, it's been at least a year since i've "Played" the game. But I used to play it all the time, and I know everything.

Whether that is good or bad O.o

you need to marry her either that or go to the grey manor and look for the ghost of lady grey's sister by speaking to her boyfriend in barrow fields

The full slice on TLC:

On entry to Bowerstone North after beating the Arena, you will be able to go the prison cell. Gethyn will ask you to prove Lady Grey as a murderess, then will instruct you to Barrow Fields and talk to Rhodri, who is opposite the demon door. He will instruct you (In a way) to flash your lamp 3 times in the stables at the grey house. Once you've done this, you can go into the cellar of the grey house. You see her ghost, she tells you what happens and instructs you to get the note. You're then confronted by Lady Grey who offers to marry you if you give her the note. Or you can keep it, in which she leaves forever and you are elected mayor.

Or you can ignore that quest entirely and just marry Lady Grey.
