I am going to be an idiot and eat a bland block of curd tonight after dinner. (Or possibly with since I heard the point is to absord broth and make it flavorful.)
Well... I tried some already (I cut up 3 cubes, I put two in broth and ate one plain) and the two in broth were very very yummy, the plain one was like a bad lemon.
Do have fun with that, it'll be an experience to say the least. I can't stand the sort of people who eat Tofu (Vegans, mostly) so I'm incredibly unmotivated to give it a try.
