Two new Halos?

I've seen this image posted around, and I was wondering if anyone else had noticed that the thing in the lower right looks like a "5" in Halo style and the thing on the middle left looks like it says "Halo: [something]an Assault?"

Obviously, this is completely ignoring the elephant in the room with the middle box, because we have at least three other threads discussing that particular rumor already.

Spartan Assault was confirmed recently and is for Windows 8 devices.

As Tyloric said Spartan Assault is for Windows 8 only & its a top-down arcade shooter rather than traditional Halo title (See Ty's link).
