Wanting to buy a new game.

Okay, so I have a little bit of cash and im considering buying a new game. I have a pc (obviously) and a Xbox 360, if you have a suggestion please post the name of the game and please have a short description about the game and/or compare to another similar game. Thanks to anyone who replys.

The Last Remnant-

Very good game, though sometimes in battle it lags a little bit offline.

Rockband 2-

My favorite game. Very similar to Guitar Hero. Great online play, tons of people.

Sorry I didnt specify that before. Alright well im looking for something like action-adventure, or an rpg something similar to the fable games, and if you know any good strategy or first person shooters those could work.

shooters:fracture, saints row,saints row 2, transformers 2, wanted, lost planet
rpg theirs sarced 2 cant think of any other 1s that havent been mentiond

strategy: Medieval total war 2 and its expansion or Empire total war. there a brilliant series of strategy games tht are just awesome.

Nothing beats Rome Total War combined with Total Realism mod! :D

RPG

Fallout 3 - Huge game with lots of replay value and probably still be playing it next year.
Oblivion - Same as Fallout 3 reason but in an earlier setting incase your not too interested in future settings.
Mass Effect - Created by Bioware and also has lots of replay value, great game.

Shooter

COD 4 - Amazing Multiplayer and a movie like single player (though Modern Warfare 2 is out in 2 months).
Left 4 Dead - Also amazing co-op and multiplayer but L4D2 is coming soon.
Halo 3 - One of the most well known and highly regarded shooters around but ODST is on way.
Gears Of War 2 - Great single player, co-op and 4 player horde mode with a solid online makes it an excellent package.

A wildcard entry would be Batman Arkham Asylum because i think it deserves praise for being the best Superhero game to date.

Unreal Tournament 3 is a great shooter and the fact that you can play against bots if you don't have XBL gold.
