WCIF Fable Online

I have downloaded Fable TLC from Megaupload twice but when I installed it it always had problems. It said it could not find Library. Could someone explain to me how I can get FableTLC from online where it doesn't have a problem? And if it is a torrent, could someone explain how to do a torrent? I don't understand them! :'(

Just buy the game from a game resale shop, then you won't have any problems.

It's also not very expensive, so there's no good reason to download.
