Yeah, I really did just make this generic thread right now... how sad am I..

Self-explanatory title, feel free to post again when playing something different. Don't be shy of a little extra effort and sharing your thoughts or even a tube video of the game/demo either.

Currently playing some Final Fantasy 13-2 again, as much as I don't like the story.. I have to admit, some of the characters are beginning to grow on me and the battles are still addictive as ever. Bugs me that the official soundtrack is missing some tracks from the game itself though, especially the versions I really like.. sigh, what a load of barnacles.

Been toying around with the ME3 demo, since I've 100%ed FFXIII-2 (waiting on that there story DLC).

Fun fact: Sazh's Story releases on Feb 28th and will introduce him as a playable character.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for the Sony PSP
Monster Hunter is a huge phenomenon in Japan (on the scale of Pokemon when it peaked) but sadly in the EU/US is is virtually unknown which unfortunately makes Capcom chicken out releasing more titles here (though there is a Wii title out, I hope it is successful enough for them to release the PSP version of that title as well. It's out in Japan....). The concept is real simple; you're a hunter. Of monsters. Basically you go out hunting different monsters and fight them in a boss fight-type encounter. You kill 'em and get their scales, tails, talons etc etc. which you in turn make into armour and weapons.
The game is insanely addicting and once you finally beat that monster you just unlocked after 30-40 minutes of fighting... feels good man. It s also equally frustrating as you have to always ace that fight; the monsters will punish you for messing up and getting too greedy with your attacks. Lots of wall/desk punching moments...

You mean Monster Hunter Tri, that game that had no business being on the Wii and was totally ignored because it was?

Yeah, don't put a game that's complete focus is on multiplayer.

I'm always currently playing City of Villains, because everyone else is a TOOL and likes rift or some **** better...GTFO..

Also Saints Row II
Mass Effect
Halo
And Resident Evil 4.

M.H Tri is of the third generation of M.H games. Freedom Unite is of the second generation. There is a portable instalment of the third generation which is supposedly superior to M.H Tri in many ways, including better multiplayer support and more weapon types named Monster Hunter Portable 3rd.

I have such a boner for that one. I'd do anything for a European release.

Anything.

Been delving into some Skyrim, and I've been replaying Mass Effect 1 on and off.

Also been enjoying playing through FFIX and FFX again, love dat sweet nostalgia feeling. Final Fantasy is just something that is ageless.

Always been curious of the Monster Hunter series, but never enough to buy it over another game that I was anticipating at the time. I missed out on the original PS2 title when it came out, so I'm gonna dig around on Youtube for some gameplay vids of this. Does the series have a continuing story? Or is it different with each release?

Fun fact: Sazh's Story releases on Feb 28th and will introduce him as a playable character.

Oh my, this pleases me. <3

latest game: Soul Calibur 5
Last game: Super smash bros brawl on account of my 360 committing suicide i wont get around to cleaning it till like friday.

I am currently playing:
RAGE
Doom II
BioShock (again)

Thank you.

Juggling my games at the moment with ME3 Demo, UFC Undisputed 3 Demo, Skyrim, The Darkness 2 and then need to make some progress on Saints Row The Third and Battlefield 3.

Harvest moon: Tree of Tranquility on the Wii.

Furthest I've ever got on a Harvest moon game so far, I've just restored the first rainbow and am very close to the second. An extremely addictive series even if it is for kids.

Just finished Fable II (wanted to start again, relive the story. y'know (and see the good ol'Reaver ^_^), moving onto Fable III/ but half playing Skyrim.I'm still on the part where you have to (((Spoiler? :/ )))retrieve the Dragonstone, and I'm already after The nocturnal quests in the thieves guild (keeping the skeletal key), Archmage, Listener in the Dark Brotherhood (Oh, I certainly do enjoy Ciceros company ^_^ ), nearly finishing the Stormcloaks quests. (((Spoiler ends now ^_^))) Played for about 37+ hours -.-'

But damn is it hard not to accidently cast as spell in the middle of a town in Fable, because you are used to pulling out you inventory with B in Fable >_<

Plan on going back to Oblivion soon too! (((Spoiler))) I am just freshly out of Kvatch there, on my way to the Cloud Temple ((((Spoiler Ends!))), still about 10+ hours in :shifty: I do like some Elder Scrolls for a good nights sleep (or no sleep at all  )

Just finished playing Ninja Gaiden 1. The original version. None of that Sigma or Black crap that's easier, has more save points, and more weapons. Beaten as originally intended.

Gonna give The Darkness 2 demo a whirl now that I'm done with Ryu Hayabusa for the time being.

Just completed Peace walker for the first time, It was a pretty good insight into Outer Heaven's early years, plus the boss battle with ZEKE was a good laugh. I enjoyed it, especially Big Boss's epic speech at the end.

Going to play Sons of Liberty again before playing Metal Gear Solid 4 just so I'm absolutely clear on the background of everything before playing, plus I just love it too.

At the moment i am playing Mass Effect 2 again in preperation for Mass Effect 3. Just finished the first one again and i'm a fair amount throught the seccond. Bring on number 3!

Apart from that i'm playing a bit of Skyrim and Splinter Cell Conviction in-between.
