Sucked: ever since I had the vaccine, I've not been 100%. Hoping for less symptoms with the second dose

• Finding lots of music to listen to lately that I havent heard in ages after we took the plunge and purchased Spotify Duo.
• Good to see some discussions happening on the boards and excited to see what happens here in the future.
• Game Pass has been adding some really good games lately.

Sucked

• Most of the really good Game Pass games arent available on PC version of Game Pass... we pay the same price...
  
• For the first time since I was around 5 years old there is only 1 gaming console in my house (Nintendo Switch). In the last few months I have sold 2 Xbox Ones, my PS4, my N64, a PSP & my Sega Mega Drive Classic. Doesnt feel right to have that empty space under the TV...
• Quite a few friends have been told they might be losing their jobs soon thanks to the pandemic (not at my workplace).

I'm consistently profitable with my trades. I've made 4000$ this week. Better than any savings account I'm putting my money to work.
Bought a bench and weights, a bike and ordered a 3080 10G graphics card. So my home life is serene.
Going to the lake with my bud and we're going to be kayaking for the weekends.
Started a youtube channel with no views really but a fun vlog to make.

Sucked

Left 7000$ on the table with my last trade have to remember to tie in my trades.
Back at my mothers house after selling my condo.
Inflation is skyrocketing and we are entering a world shortage of commodities.

• Going to a BBQ at a friends house shortly
• Had this week off work

Sucked

• Back to work on Monday
• Spent lots of money this week
• Not had much time for gaming in last few weeks
• Loads of work left to do in the garden but running short on funds

• So many games to play at the moment im spoilt for choice
• Managed to enjoy 2 BBQ's last week
• Had a relaxing week off considering
• Hoping to start getting some more frequent gaming time soon

Sucked

• Had planned to go to beach last week but my father in law was rushed into hospital on Saturday night and didnt get out until Thursday so my week off was mainly spent taking clothes and essentials over to him
• Weather was great all of my week off and only managed to fit in 3 beers all week and no real gaming time at all
• Back at work today

• Got my second dose of the vaccine today. Come at me COVID-19bro!
• Been catching up with a lot of old faces lately. Online and irl.
• Increased period of self-love, hope it lasts!
• Got a 94 on my first assignment!

Sucked:

• Missing a lot of people still. Distance between loved ones got so much bigger when COVID-19 reared its fugly head.
• Learned about badger culling and now I has the sads.
• Got rinsed by my toddler at the shop. I reckon she thinks her mummy has a sugar daddy or something the way she behaves.

• Weather over the last few weeks has been great
• E3 2021 showcased lots of upcoming games to be excited about
• Game Pass is going from strength to strength
• Might finally start being able to get some regular gaming in from next week

Sucked

• My father in law is ill again and seems to have one health problem after another lately
• Quite a few games were no shows at E3
• Last day of good weather forecast today for a couple of weeks

• Spent the day with the eldest - did not get fleeced, for a change
• Finally managed to book train tickets to Liverpool for August, plus hotel and cat cafe
• Saw a friend I haven't seen in a while and went for breakfast, which was really nice
• Going to the spa for the day with two of my close friends - my back is just crying out for a hot tub and hydrotherapy massage

Sucked:

• Trainline keeps messing me about, so had to book tickets via my daughter's account
• Not getting any PC time thanks to crazy schedule
• Meant to have written for 8 combined hours for the author accountability group by the end of next week and I simply do not have 8 hours to spare
• Some stuff going on that sucks but can't really do anything about

• Got a little gaming time in for first time in ages
• Steam Summer Sale is coming soon
• Weather is improving again
• So many games to play and so many interesting ones coming too

Sucked

• Technology issues, my headset splitter has broken so have had to use Discord voice chat over my phone
• Still not enough time in a week to fit in all the games I need to make progress on
• Money has been a little tight so not been able to get as much work done in the garden as I wanted yet and unlikely to get much in the summer sale. Tempted by Horizon Zero Dawn before the sale even starts as its 40% off.
• Hurt my knee about a month ago and its still not right now and some days im hobbling around on it

• Youngest son enjoyed his birthday yesterday to the point where he broke character and actually hugged me of his own accord
• Middle son has pretty much been accepted by the other kids/teens in the new high school age group he's joined. When he speaks, instead of mocking him, they quieten down and listen.
• Pay day has occured and now I have money
• Off to Liverpool for a couple of days with youngest and eldest

Sucked:

• Its stupid o'clock and I'm not sleeping well these days
• Eldest is going to fleece me, somehow, even though it's not her birthday we're celebrating in Liverpool
• Doctor too busy to give me my much needed MRI results until September
• Work is mental
• Pain levels are pretty much over 9000

• Went to Wales on holiday and it didnt rain at all and weather was great the the entire time.
• Kids go back to school today.
• Step son finally wants to embrace the land of PC Gaming.
• Game Pass, played so many games I would never have tried since getting it.
• Middle childs first day in official year 1 of school today.

Sucked

• Going back to work after the holiday.
• Building a PC for him isnt going to be cheap.
• This was meant to be the summer we got our garden fully renovated finally but for many reasons this hasnt quite happened for us again.
• My wifi has been having issues for months and doesnt seem to be getting any better on some devices.

• Kid has started going to nursery. Two “settling-in sessions” this week and then next week she begins properly.
  
  
• Finally going to get some real respite after riding solo for nearly 3 years with aforementioned kid hanging off me 24/7.
  
  
• Course is going well still.
  
  
• A guy smiled at me yesterday so I guess you could say things are getting pretty serious.

Sucked:

• Despite needing the respite to begin focussing on myself a bit more, I will definitely miss her.
  
  
• Just got done being a “foster girlfriend” for someone. So nice to see them finally go off to their “forever home.”
  
  
• I think I have an ingrown toenail.

• MRI results show no real spinal damage, so possible that physio alone will fix the problems
• Finally finished my extra working days so I can have more time off again
• Weather has cooled down
• Kitchen nearly finished
• Friend's daughter out of hospital now after being badly hit by covid

Sucked:

• Physio has been cancelled and pushed back to mid November
• I. Am. Exhausted
• The cat is still alive
• Pain in my back means sleep is a myth now
• Work ramping up
• Body clock seems to think that 6am is an acceptable waking up time, despite exhaustion
• Loooooong wait until pay day

• One of my cats died yesterday, my wife has had her since she was 16 (the cat was almost 19). The kids are devastated.
• Everything is so expensive
• Seeing all the layoffs across the gaming industry

• 70% Complete on Spider-man thanks to the extra gaming time my Steam Deck has given me.
• Base Builder Fest sale on steam until Jan 30th and im a big fan of base building.
• Purchased 2 new games from a franchise I hadnt heard of before the sale.
• Some really good looking games coming this year.
• Had lots of inspiration for posts and conversation topics lately.

Sucked

• All of the redundancies in the tech and gaming sector lately.
• My shower has broken randomly.
• Severe lack of cash at moment with cost of living being so effected by the economy.
• A lot of different family members health has been bad lately with multiple hospital and doctors visits.

• Decided to start streaming on twitch soon
• Got back into cosplaying
• Cleaned and saged my whole apartment
• Happy with my 32GB ram

• STILL waiting for the insurance payout for our car that was stolen in September.
• It's was 2 degrees outside yesterday.
• Stuffs super expensive
• Tired all the time.
• Still waiting for TeraNil to release.

• Managed to mostly fix my broken shower (one more cheap part to swap out)
• Sons of The Forest coming next month (fingers crossed its good)
• Got a plan in place for some house renovations that are long overdue
• My daughters 7th birthday next week
• Got a date night with my wife planned minus the kids on Friday for the first time in 6 years

Sucked

• Severe lack of cash
• Father in Laws health has taken another turn for the worse
• Havent had much time to relax in the last few weeks and been really busy outside of work
• Even more redundancies across the gaming and tech sector lately
