Think there's already a Doll Exchange thread... but okay.

Anyhow, you can receive a Generic Hero Doll from the Jewelery Stall in Bowerstone Market. The second place prize at the Westcliff Shooting range gives you another doll, one that is actually a character. For me it was Lucien.

Also, there's one hidden in the Snowglobe which I'm guessing is different from the one you receive in the Shooting Range. I got a Theresa Doll in there. The rest have to be gotten on Xbox LIVE from another person who has them.
