Well I saw the A-Team a few days ago and thought it was rather good and I would reccomend that, however I haven't seen night and day but for comedy and overall action awesomeness, I'd go with A-Team.

A-Team was pretty amazing. Good humor and action and stuff. Haven't seen Night and Day though.

Its Knight and Day, not Night and Day. But personally Knight and Day looked much better than A-Team, I haven't been able to see either though so its purely based on previews.
