Actually, you'll be able to install your games onto the USBs (was also in the article ) and the 360 will read it from there, but it will still require you to have the game disc for authentication. Yep, if it wasn't for needing that game disc, Gamefly would get a crazy influx of rentals.

Interesting and i wasnt expecting that but a good idea none the less. Not that ive bothered to install any games and i wont be in the near future either.
