Xbox Has ****ed Me Over Once Again.
Alright, so 3 days ago I had no choice but to place an order for repairs on my 360, then guess what? At the very end I get: "Oh sorry sir, but I forgot to mention that it will cost you $110, your warranty has run out." I had no choice at that point, so, okay. Then I hadn't gotten my print-off labels for the order to UPS, so I called in again today, and I go through the whole "give me your information thing" a 3rd time. Found out the guy who placed it the first time couldn't get my email right after I spelled it 5 times. So the new guy corrects it with the new idea of repeating it to me. Then guess what? The ****ing system is down!!! Went through all that for nothing, and I still only get a "call us in the next 24 hours sir. Sorry for the inconvenience." CLICK. Oh, **** right off! Seriously! Dealing with these people is one of the hardest thing I have had to do. I really hate when I can't get something done because of another person's idiocracy, incompetency, or something else related to stupidity. Am I not allowed to have something repaired? It's gonna take me all the way to Christmas to get it back at this rate. I am getting very tired of things like this. Can't anything ever go right? I miss out on Farcry 2, Call of Duty: World at War, and anything else that is coming out.
