Almost seems like it. But I did receive the Purolator box they were going to send me, but they didn't call me to tell me that. I almost went out and bought a new one. That would have sucked! At least it is being sent out now. Can't wait.

Xbox support has never gone down well with me. How even when you insist that you've gone through the support stage they make you do it again and just make some wires rattle against the wall and say 'nah it didn't work'... Makes it so much quicker because they've heard the sounds over the phone somewhat and actually believe you went to the effort.

Yeah, each time they wanted me to lay my Xbox on my side and remove the HDD. Like WTF? And then the repair order of hell was created. 1 week later actually, they couldn't get it done for a week because of various errors.

I just wanted to share this story as well-

Mrs Customer: I lost my remote. Can you send me a new one?
Me: Yes, it is 19.99 for the remote and 5.95.
Mrs Customer: Okay...I thought I had the warranty on my equipment.
Me: Yes, you do. (long pause)
Mrs Customer: Does it not cover my remote?
Me: Yes it does. If it is broken. Ma'am--If you loose your car in the wal-mart parking lot can you call up your dealership and ask for a new one?
Mrs customer: FINE! I will look for it. (CLICK)

Ha! that is what I thought--Point-ME

:lol: Must be hard to deal with some people, I admit. At least my Xbox will be back hopefully the end of this week or the beginning of the next one. Damn this has taken awhile.

I thought you would of had it back by now. WOW. I would be going nutters by now.

Sometimes it is hard to deal with some people--I work in a position that there is some reason they are coming for me, instead of some regular phone person. So I have to stop what I am doing to fix some issue that they are being unreasonable about. So, I do not feel bad if the end up feeling silly.
