How Fable 3 should have ended
Check the war room in the castle, Reaver leaves you a note there after the battle. -

If he was actually killing the villagers, and not just standing their watching, then yes he would get evil points for it. -
Logan's not a Hero?
Even without getting your "status" awoken, I think you could still be a Hero, (as we have seen with Reaver, Hammer, Garth, and the Fable 3 hero breaking Walter's sword at the start of the game) its just that the Archon bloodline has alot of power in it, and you need to have that awoken in you... -

If your in his game, and he decides to drain Bower Lake, you won't get affected by it. -
Logan's not a Hero?
Logan and Rose had heroic blood in them, that did not make them Hero's, though thats not to say that they could not have become Hero's and unlocked their bloodline powers at a later date. -
The Crawler Consperiacy (Spoilers)
Its pretty obvious that the whole big evil army of darkness thing is just setting up the stage for Fable 4, but back on topic, yeah I think the Crawler is just a powerful minon to some evil overlord (possibly somebody in the void), and I would be willing to bet money that we are going to see...
