true story:
and i dont believe in ghosts so...
i was 12 or 13 and it was about 3 in the morning and i heard a very loud crash come from the kitchen that woke me up. my dad works shift work so i thought it was him leavening for work and he just broke a glass or some thing so i waited to hear the broom sweeping/ cleaning it up sounds, i hear nothing.
thinking my dad might of K.Oed him self on a plate or some thing i got up to see what happened. i see my mom in her house robe staring out in to the kitchen so i asked her what happen. she stepped aside and our fridge was pulled out so far that the plugin cord was taught -but still in the wall- and facing us. now this was an old ass fridge it was like 200lb and took both of us to put it back.
the loud crash i heard was a glass that broke in the middle of our living room
all doors where locked
all windows locked
sister was at friends house
dad was sleeping
wtf right?

I was and still am terrified of mirrors in the dark. During the day? No problem. During the dark? Scared witless. The reasons for this are embarrassing but they involve me, my mum's old dressing table and scaring the crap out of myself.
I was also pretty freaked out by Mr Soft in the Softmints adverts and the Groke from the Moonmins.

Ok, please do not read if you are about to go to bed, or are easily frightened.
On one of the coldest nights at the abandoned farm of Leymis creek around the year of 1925, a strange event occured. A journalist from the nearby city had been sent to investigate the drought ridden farmlands and he had decided to bring along his girlfriend to keep him company.
Although the man was only supposed to observe the surrounding area, his curiousity made him decide to look in further. What he and the young lady saw next led them down a spiral of madness that they would never recover from. On the from there was a ghost and he said "hey".

Supposedly,I would scream for my mom in the middle of the night and tell her to tell the 'mean man' to stop taking my blanket,which was across the room. I havent had problems with that apartment building sense(my cousins live in the floor below now.)
And snakes
My friend had one,and would chase me around town with it...
Oh,and bigfoot aliens that marry *****, fish, giant worm creatures inthe ground and everything else from a bloody horror movie.

Now you come to mention it, I had something similair (assuming that's not a joke).
When i was about 5 or 6, I shat bricks over Cranky, from the Thomas the Tank Engine movie.
