same here. Guessing once you do more quests you will be able to get to it somehow. Maybe the lay of the land will change, like the bridge that allowed you access to it for the first melee attack. But that's just a guess.

It's not your personal wealth that makes them happy & they are both the same (castle / start menu) Once you go to your ledger you can switch from personal or treasury. So that way you can take your personal wealth and put it into your treasury. It even says on there that it will make people like...

I kept all my promises and failed to have enough money to save people at the end of the game. But I am now starting to gain more traffic in my towns and more and more shops are opening. What I did... Simple, put alot of money back into your depleted treasury. I first tried to just keep sleeping...

I did something similar, as I didn't realize it was going to jump from 120 days to 1 and got screwed on saving up the money. Now every shop is closed and the game is pointless unless I replay it again which just sounds exhausting.

I had the same problem. It looked like next to the chest there is a walkway that spirals up to the flip switch, except you can climb the damn thing and keep falling in the water.

I slept 20+ times and my shops don't re-open due to all the causalities I had after I beat the story. No clue what to do. Guess I have to replay the game. Seems kind of dumb though.
