The game seemed like a collection of ideas and concepts, a story board, and not a finished product to me. Everything feels like it's moving too quickly, and a bit jumpy. no real adventure or path, just ideas.

Chesty was a serious let down, as was being the 'ruler'.

I agree, though it was enjoyable it could have used much more polish, and maybe some more content.

I'll agree to this. Fable 3 was quite a major let down. Especially being King of Albion. It's nowhere as near as what Fable was like and it'll never be the same. Peter Molyneux made it seem like something major, but in the end, judgements and whatnot, wasn't that expanded as he stated.

But then again, it isn't the first time so I shouldn't be really suprised.

Oh good, I was beginning to think I was the only one who felt this way. Really, Fable III was an enormous letdown. Everything about the game just felt... bad. The story, the world, the hero, the character progression. I am seriously, seriously disappointed with it.

How could you possibly think you were the only one? I'd say 90% of the loyal fans were extremely disappointed by this game. Heck, most of the threads nowadays are just complaints about the game.

Incorrect. I too enjoyed Fable 3. I enjoyed it so much that I'm playing it again.

Do you guys smell that? Smells like... smells like... bullshi-

I'm just kidding. The game had potential but it fell flat on its ass and it lacks everything the two previous games had including that Fable-y feel. Only thing that keeps me playing it is the 'Spellweave' feature which I absolutely adore. Now if only they could make a Fable game with as much variety in spells as they had in the original while still keeping the 'Spellweave' feature, I'd be one happy dude.

Yeah I agree. I think it was worse than Fable 2, and simply a drastically different game from Fable 1. But worse isn't bad, and I still had fun playing it.

I will admit, I had some fun playing it the first time around but the second time around is more like a chore to me.

Nah, Lionhead just can't write plots.

If they hired me to write their plots, I could come up with something epic that would please everyone... even the people who have a disturbing fetish with the Jack of Blades.

I, too, would enjoy writing that plot with you.

Stop whining you little crybabies. While the epicness of Fable III does not compare to it's predecessor's one, it's still pretty damn awesome.
Arseface, if Lionhead can't write plots, why, oh why are you in a Fable fansite?
Raven, if you didn't like FIII why join here after it's release?

First of all, let me ask you this. Why is it that not a single person who thinks the game is "awesome" has been able to actually clarify and come up with a reason as to why the game is "awesome"? No... wait... I think someone gave me a single sentence as to why they thought so but honestly, we've listed dozens of reasons as to why this game is far below mediocre. If you care about the game so much, why don't you try defending it with valid reasons instead of insulting people?
